Abdul Razzaq Al-Zuhairi was born in 1965 in  Al-Nasiriyah  Governorate in Iraq . He is married and has 6 children with a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Baghdad. He is a businessman who has been doing business since 1993.  Mr. Al-Zuhairi is the  Authorized Manager of Al-Mathaar  Contracting Company since 2006, the company has implemented many important projects in the sectors of contracting, general trade, electricity and health projects in a number of Iraqi   Governorates  such as the Ministry of Health preparations project, the implementation of various projects for roads, bridges and electricity in stations  Country. 
Member of the Board of Directors in a number of joint Arab and foreign chambers such as the Iraqi-Italian and Lebanese Committee and commercial banks.
Represented Iraq in a number of Arab and international economic forums. He is the President of  Al-Nasiriyah Chamber of Commerce  since 2006. He has won the elections of the Presidency of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce and has been President of the Federation since November 2018 and until now.
